Once you have downloaded the item it is impossible to know if you have shared the original file or not. This means unfortunately there are no refunds on digital downloads. Once you have paid and downloaded, it is yours.

Custom
If you have paid in advance to create a custom piece of artwork refunds are available up to 10 days after the order has been placed, providing the design has not yet been accepted by you with the final version being sent.

After that sadly we can only issue a partial refund, minus the time we have already worked on the artwork. This time is charged at £20PH.
You have chosen to purchase a piece of custom artwork. This artwork uses licensed elements to create and cultivate images. These images are purchased under licence from Shutterstock.
Our artwork is produced in 600dpi which is double the print standard of 300dpi. Album front covers are 20cmx20cm at 600dpi in jpeg or png formats as standard.
We can provide other formats upon request but this will incur an hourly charge of £20PH.
